We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to join their team based in offices in the City of Basingstoke This role will provide you a variety of interesting duties working with new clients across Europe, Asia and America, on Core products or supporting existing clients. As a client focused Business Analyst, you will be mainly involved in undertaking the following activities: • Process analysis and production of detailed requirement documentation suitable for internal use and/or client review and sign off. Experience in multi-culture environment in term of team, client and business domain.
Excellent communication skills.

Closely Coordinating with Creative Team, Development Team, SEM, SEO & SMO teams for project execution.
Strategizing and Structuring PPC campaigns by defining keywords & Ad texts.
Benchmarking Conversion & Click through Rate for key PPC (Google Ad-words) accounts & monitoring them.
Must have knowledge Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Social Media Campaigns (SMO) and executing them on all available platforms.
Attended Review meetings for existing client’s campaigns.
Working on Corporate Presentation and Corporate Profile for prospective customers.
Expert in lead generation via LinkedIn, add posting, forms , classified and social media.
Internet based and search engine research to identify new business opportunities, primarily in the public sector. Perform searches in pipeline, Bid Sync, Onvia and other platforms to provide continuous prospects of bid opportunities. Qualify, distribute and track leads generated
Deliver software development projects using the appropriate agile project management methodology whilst learning & iterating frequently
Work with a Product Owner to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories
Lead collaborative and dynamic agile planning processes and the prioritisation of the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
Control all project finances to ensure the delivery of profitable projects
Ensure that the team delivers an appropriate solution built to an appropriate level of quality
Build productive client relationships and identify and develop opportunities for new business.
Maintain project artefacts (e.g. backlogs and burndowns) to ensure effective running of delivery projects
Actively participate in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge in addition to bringing in best practice
Should have Good Experience in Technical writing.
Demonstrate a track record of success when delivering digital projects for public and/or private sector clients
